Among other Bible truths, we believe the Bible teaches:
A. In the verbal plenary inspiration and inerrancy of the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments. 2 Peter 1:20-21, 2 Timothy 3:15-17, 1 Peter 1:23-25, Hebrews 4:12
B. The one true God has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existent, self-revealed “I AM” and has been further revealed as a trinity in unity, manifested in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Deuteronomy 6:4, Mark 12:29, Isaiah 43:10, Matthew 28:19
C. Man was created good and upright, for God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.” However, man, by voluntary transgression, fell and his only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Genesis 1:26-31; 3:17, Romans 5:12-21, 1 John 3:8
D. In the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His pre-existence, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension and glorification to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. Luke 1:26-35, John 1:1, 14, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, 2 Corinthians 5:21, Acts 10:38 , Luke 23-24, Acts 1:6-11, Revelation 19:11-21, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
E. That regeneration (the New Birth) by the Holy Spirit for the salvation of lost and sinful mankind, through personal faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, is absolutely essential. Titus 3:4-5, Ephesians 2:8
F. In the life of holiness, without which no man can see the Lord, through sanctification as a definite, yet progressive, work of grace. Hebrews 12:14, 1 Thessalonians 5:23, 1 Corinthians 6:11
G. That divine healing is provided for in the atonement and is available to all who truly believe; administered by the anointing with oil and the laying on of hands. Mark 16:18, James 5:14-15
H. In the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, received subsequent to the new birth, with speaking in other tongues, as the Spirit gives the utterance, as the initial physical sign and evidence. Acts 1:8, Acts 2:1-4, John 14:16-17, Acts 2:38-39
I. The Church is built upon the foundation of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 3:11; Ephesians 2:20), the Church is the Body of our Lord (Romans 12:5; 1 Corinthians 12:27), and Christ is the head of His Church (Ephesians 1:22; Colossians 1:18). Those making up the Church are all true believers, born again of the Spirit (John 3:6) and of the Word (1 Peter 1:23), and who are living an overcoming Christian life (Ephesians 5:27, Revelation 21:27).
To the Church, which is empowered by the Holy Spirit, through its members, is delegated the various gifts and offices of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:7-11, 27, 28). These are necessary for the successful evangelization of the world and for the perfecting of the Body of Christ (Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:7, Ephesians 4:11,12).
The Bride of Christ (2 Corinthians 11:2; Ephesians 5:26-27; Revelation 21:9b, 27) is the universal, invisible sanctified church. Prior to the Great Tribulation, it is for this Bride (the Church) for whom Jesus Christ returns to catch away and take to heaven (John 14:23; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18).
J. Through the Holy Spirit, God definitely calls such as He desires to serve as apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. He specifically endues the ones called with the talents and gifts peculiar to that office or offices (Ephesians 4:11-13).
K. In the following ordinances of the church:
1) Water baptism by immersion for believers only, which is a direct commandment of our Lord, in The Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19, Romans 5:3, 5, Colossians 2:12, Acts 2:38
2) We affirm the biblical teachings of infant and/or small child dedication to the Lord by the local assembly (1 Samuel 1:1-28; Mark 10:13-16; Luke 18:15,16).
3) The ordinance of the Lord’s supper shall be observed as according to the Scriptures. Luke 22:19-20, 1 Corinthians 11:23-26
L. In the pre-millennial appearing in the air of the Lord Jesus Christ to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to meet Him in the air (the Rapture), and His Second Coming (advent), to reign on the earth a thousand years (millennium). 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, Revelation 20:1-7
M. In the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. Matthew 25:46, Mark 9:43-48, Revelation 20:11-15, Revelation 21
N. In a literal Heaven and a literal Hell. Revelation 21:1-4, Revelation 20:11-15
O. We are willing to fellowship with all sound Christian believers who are contending for the love of God, and the principles of Christ as revealed in the Holy Bible. However, we cannot and will not endorse or approve radical teachings which engenders strife and tends to divide the body of Christ. We firmly stand against and denounce abortion, homosexuality, transgenderism, adultery, sexual perversion, scientific interference with natural human progeny, same-sex marriages, pornography, gambling, drug use and partaking of intoxicants, physical abuse, Satanism, or divination in any form.
